This wok looked good online, arrived in a reasonable time, and looked good out of the box (and a good looking box). Everything appears sturdy. I have an electric wok that I've used for years, but I was planning on giving an electric wok as a wedding gift. Apparently the company that made my old wok no longer makes them so I went online to find another maker. This one looked good. After I took it out of the box, it looks good, and feels good. Everything seems to fit well. And I've just finished by first stir fry and it performed as it should. **Update almost a year later. Everyone loves our “work wok” It has been the best purchase for work lunches ever. Still working perfect almost a year later after daily use. This thing is a champ. *Original review. I hate leftovers. I wanted an easy way to eat healthy meals at work because lunch is the meal of the day that I’ll make bad health choices by going out and eating junk. I just bring random veggies and meat and slap it all together in the wok and have fresh food in minutes. So easy and my coworkers use it too. A little big for work but it’s perfect so I can’t complain. Easy to clean and use. Very happy with the purchase.
