    I've been weight lifting for about 10 years now. I would consider myself slightly below advanced in terms on lifting form and execution. I got this because I usually never isolate my biceps, just don't feel the pump like other areas of the body for me. I would say this helped me stimulate the muscle better. Majority of my arms come from compound movements but this piece of equipment makes it easier for me. Foam pad is crap but I made my own. Sturdy and feels like good quality. The shipping was terrible. Both the Amazon box and the item box were opened already. I won't blame the seller. All in all, I recommend this to anyone looking to get higher quality arm workouts.     So I've wanted a curl harness for years and decided this year for my annual gear resupply i'd grab one. Dmoose had great ratings and a competitive price point so i chose this company. I received the harness in two days and immediately put it to use. I will say this, I'm a stickler for proper form and sound technique and this product, once fitted properly, kept the tension on my biceps on negative and positive movements. The resting position still keeps a pump going because your arms are not really at rest due to ingenious ergonomics of the frame atop your abs. I can straight bar curl with perfect form 135lbs but with the added challenege of this product I'm between 95-105 so you will be challenged on your way to getting gains. I have decreased my weight and added a grip product I won't advertise here for a leaner more rip type workout. I challenge you to do standing isolation curls with the arm blaster...while standing, hold one dumbbell and use the free hand to keep that side 0f the harness stable while you curl...you won't forget or regret that😉 finally, adjusting to a proper fit is as easy as sliding a cord. Simple and super effective. Must buy for those bored with convention and in need of added challenges!

    it’s very important to adjust this properly and setting the straps too short will cause a lot of back pain. I am not that tall and find the straps are nearly too short. there were no instructions for how to adjust this and the web link they included is broken

    I love how I can use this equipment for bicep and tricep workouts. It helps my form in being in the right posture when I do my workouts and gives me a great pump as well. I wish my gym would have a few of these on the racks so others can try it out. I love mine personally. I work out with a couple bodybuilders, one of them being a IFBB pro. They both love using this product. Just one thing I struggle with it is the fact that sometimes I have to readjust on my arms while I have the weight in my hand but it's really not that bad. Overall for the usefulness of this product I would rate it a strong 10/10. The one negative thing I wrote is a minor setback compared to how great this thing is.

    I can't afford the space a preacher bench would require in the garage, and this does a great job. This one says its made from alluminium - hopefully prevent any rust through use. (I've not magnet tested it) It is strong, and has good quality, wrap around, rubber end caps.
