Great Camera and Monitor
This is my second time buying this monitor and camera combo. Unfortunately my toddler got a hold of the first screen and must have smashed it around because the charger piece fell into the screen and would no longer charge. I noticed the model has slightly changed with the new one being a little bit heavier and thick, and the interface being modified but having the same features. Overall I really enjoy this set! I used my first one since November 2022 and as I said, it is our fault that it stopped working. It's really easy to set up and add more cameras to. I love the auto on feature for when my toddler starts making noise. The range is great when it wants to be. My one complaint is that sometimes there are connectivity issues that don't really make sense, and that is with the old and new one. I can be right down the hall and it won't pick up the camera without me restarting. Or I can be all the way outside and across our yard and it works just fine. That is why I'm not giving it a full 5 stars. It's not a constant issue, but enough to be annoying a couple of times a week.

This is a fantastic monitor with amazing sound quality, picture and night vision. I also appreciate the microphone and music option to play for baby. I will say that the power button on the parent unit did break 8 months in, but the company was so good about it. No questions asked - they sent me a replacement for free. Amazing customer service! Despite that initial defective parent unit, I highly recommend this monitor and would buy it again. This is our fourth baby monitor (we have quite a few children. :) ) and I would say that, hands down, this is the best one we have used over the years.Leanne StoneFantastic quality at a great price point.
