I am extremely satisfied with my purchase of these pillows. While they initially arrived flat due to the packaging for safe shipment, I followed the provided instructions to fluff them up. By giving them a good shake and allowing them to expand for 48 hours, as recommended, the pillows regained their full shape and plushness. They now provide excellent comfort and support, making them a fantastic addition to my home. Highly recommend! I have extra pillows I use under these pillows to raise it a bit and it’s perfect to my taste. I use firmer pillows underneath these soft memory foam ones. It’s soft and after each night I re fluff it in the morning for the next night(when making my bed).

    Right out of the package these pillows looked disappointing. I left them over night to fluff and was sad the next day when they hadn't gotten much fatter. Then I used one.
    I am blown away by the comfort for the price! I believe it is due to the memory foam cut in pieces that makes the difference. It can shift around to hit just right. There is no bad smell. They are not overly heavy or dense therefore keeping it a bit cooler. I do recommend! I definitely will be buying them again

    Let me point out that what one may like or dislike in a pillow varies greatly between individuals i.e. there is no accounting for taste. I found these pillows to be too thick, too firm, and over stuffed. Fortunately, there is a fix for that, just remove 2/3 of the filling and put it in a different case. Unfortunately these pillows do not have a zipper that allows you to do that without destroying the case. It hurt my feelings to cut the case open because it is nicely made, but I had no choice. The contents are giblets of memory foam about as big as the end of your finger and the transfer of 2/3 of it to a zippered case I bought on Amazon was easy. Perfect! I now like it a lot.

    I love Linenspa pillows; I brought one of my king sized enclosed memory foam pillows by linenspa for my dad to use until the pillows I was ordering would arrive. I thought the loaned pillow was the same as what I thought I was ordering when I purchased this set. They arrived much quicker than I thought so that was a very pleasant surprise & I opened them as soon as possible and put them on the bed so they could start to fluff up. They apparently weren’t fully inflated the night they first got here so my dad did not sleep on them and used my encased foam pillow. Both parents slept on them last night and asked me tonight if it was just going to take a long time for the pillows to get hard because these are so soft you sink down into them and can feel the foam chunks move which was the opposite of what my aging parents needed, especially someone recovering from an intense surgery. I was very confused because you can’t feel the foam chunks in the other pillows that I have from linenspa. After a very frustrating amount of research I was able to find out that these two pack pillows are very different than the individually sold pillows and if you are looking for a hard firm pillow that has a little movement but doesn’t really spread out or sink down you do not want to buy this two pack. If you want a squishy, mold-to-the-right-shape comfort pillow this set of pillows is for you. This two pack of pillows was not suitable for people that sleep on their backs and sides. The other “hard” pillows so to speak are fantastic for back sleeping, side sleeping, and sleeping on your stomach.

    I highly doubt the company reads these reviews but on the off chance that they do, please please please make it more clear there is a difference between your pillows at the very top of the product details. It was only as I scrolled down to read the reviews to see if I was losing my mind at the difference in the pillows that I saw the three pillow comparison. Of course these pillows have been used and were ordered by my mistake so I’m not going to return them; fortunately they will be put in the linen closet for guests and the right pillows have been ordered because of how good quality the pillows that I actually wanted are. Seriously, these are fantastic pillows I love this brand.

    I bought two of these a few years ago and they are the most comfy I think I've ever had and the price can't be beat. One of the best features is that you can pop these in the washing machine and they come out good as new, not bunched in places, and all their loft is back! I needed two more and was so happy to see that Linenspa was still selling these.

    The dare: King Arthur and The Knights of the Round Table were searching for the wrong Holy Grail. They should have been trying to find a castle full of these pillows.
