This gloves are awesome! I bought them for my husband, who loves to prepare meat. Before he even got a chance to use them I pulled them out & used them when I was canning salsa. They were amazing! I was able to remove transfer hot jars into & out of a pot of hot water without burning my hands! I didn't have to worry about dropping the jars because the grip of the glove on the glass jar was so effective it made my job easy! For this holiday, I used these gloves to take out the turkey and I'll tell you! These bad babies are solid!! Although I should have gotten something a little longer for the wrist but regardless they actually work, there was no melting because of the silicone and easy to wash. As I stated they still fit perfectly and get any cooking done. I highly recommend them for any type of baking and pots that have no covering on the handles!!

Took a bit of a gamble with this purchase... as they come from the USA and there were no reviews from anyone in the UK.

Delivery - Great. Was fairly swift, and no additional taxes to pay or anything.

Appearance - Also good. I mean, they're just oven gloves at the end of the day, but when my guests saw them they all mentioned how cool they look.

Performance - Used them last weekend for a Sunday Roast - and they performed VERY well. Handled some hot roasting tins and, while my hands were getting a little hot after ten / fifteen or so seconds holding them, they were miles better than other over gloves I've used. Plus they are indeed gloves... and so much better than an "oven mitt" for me. I was able to grab handles etc. so much easier. Cool to the touch when taking them off too.

Fit - As others have mentioned, I think these gloves would suit a small / medium-sized hand better. My hands are relatively small and they fit perfectly.

Value for Money - They are a bit on the pricey side, yes. But... when it comes to protecting your hands from very hot tins / trays / ovenware you don't want to be going "very cheap" and ending up with a product where you've wasted your money. I'm happy enough with the price considering they come from the US.

Overall - Superb, although early days yet. 10/10.
