This is my first pizza stone and it definitely works well to helps to crisp up the bottom+middle of your crust! I recommend a pizza peel for use with this product, it does not come with one. The slice it comes with is small, but gets the job done. Not too hard to clean, either.

    I used one time. I washed it and dried it. Went back to my shelf to use again. It has turned where I couldn't use it. Waste of my money. I threw it in the trash. I purchased this last year. Just writing a view to catch up on reviews. It's heavy. Don't let my review stop you from buying. I did like it but had that issue. What might not work for me might work for you.

    I already had a pizza cutter that I like a lot, so I never used the flimsy one that came with this product & feel offended by having extra junk I don't want cast upon me. Anyway, I love the pizza stone. It makes a HUGE difference in crust texture whether baking frozen pizza or home made from scratch. Would never go back to a regular pan. It's a little annoying to scrape off - pizza seems to get stuck every time no matter what I do (preheat it, dust it with flour or oil, etc.), but it's worth it for the improved texture, plus a little water and a scraper gets it clean every time. The one thing I have noticed, is that areas that have had pizza baked onto them a couple times seem less likely to get stuck. I also cook keto, so almond/coconut flour only, which is stickier than regular dough.
