Product Description
Switch from blow to vac and mulch with just the turn of a dial. “Rake the leaves” with just this one tool in half the time it used to take you. And with the 16:1 mulch ratio, you’ll have far fewer bags to drag to the curb when you’re done.
The 600 cfm – 12A electric Trivac is here to make yard work so much easier. First off, all that tech is less than 10 lbs, so almost anyone can operate it with just one hand. The 2-speed control lets you blow on low for tight corners, and then crank it up to 70 mph for the open yard. 600 cfm is an awful lot of air and creates a nice wide stream to get even more done in less time. And the powerful 12A electric motor frees you from the expense and hassle of gas-powered blowers to give you a cleaner and quieter experience.
Let’s talk some more about that mulching function. The patented articulating design lets you flip it into vacuum and mulch mode with just one turn. You don’t need to switch out the tube, and you certainly don’t need any tools to do it. It sucks up leaves into the metal impeller and shredder blades, which chops them up into 1/16th their regular size. So you can stuff 16x more leaves and yard debris into the 1.4 bushels collection bag than you could with a regular yard vacuum or a blower or a rake.
Welcome to the Trivac, it’s the better way to go“rake the leaves”.

- Reviewed in the United States on December 6, 2024Style: 350CFM Blower/Vac/MulcherVerified PurchaseThis Worx 3-in-1 unit works great. The housing, handle, and parts feel very sturdy and high quality. The motor was surprisingly powerful – yes, so powerful you need to wear ear plugs! Parts snap together easily (no tools needed) for assembly or cleaning up after use. It took me less than 5 minutes to open the box, assemble it, and start vacuuming. Another great feature I love is the motor speed dial. I have a lot of rock landscaping, and when vacuuming on high speed my shop vac will pick up small rocks. But on this unit I was able to adjust the motor speed down enough to pick up leaves, but not pick up rocks. I was also happy with the mulching and bag. This unit mulches the leaves nicely so the bag does not fill up too quickly. Mulch was small enough to use it in my garden compost pile. The blower worked equally well. The unit has a lever so you can quickly switch from vacuum to blower on the go. It was nice to blow the leaves into a pile, flip the lever, then suck them up-while never turning the unit off. I cleaned my back patio area in just a few minutes. I already have a blower, so now I can get rid of it and use this tool for both vacuuming and blowing. I am very happy with this product. Someone put a lot of thought into the design and quality of this unit.

The vacuum was powerful enough to quickly and efficiently suck up leaves and small sticks, but not enough to pick up stones. So I could use it with confidence.
The blower moved a lot of air with high velocity. I didn’t experience any issues with the collector bag and after using it 4 hours clearing leaves and little sticks and general yard debris I didn’t have any problems and I inspected the impeller after I was finished and there wasn’t a mark on it.
In heavier leaves, I gently bounced it up and down just slightly to improve the performance.
I only wish that it had a tapered extension for the blower to improve direction and maybe a slightly higher velocity.
Overall, I was very satisfied, and it went beyond my expectations.
- Reviewed in the United States on December 31, 2024Style: 600CFM Blower/Vac/MulcherVerified PurchaseHas great suction power. Watch out of small stones and pine cones. Works best when leaves have just fallen and are good and dry. Larger leaves like oak and maple can clog it up if you get to ambitious. I have a lot of Loblolly Pine needles which this machine shreds instead of mulch. Take your time with pine needles. Seems to work best when vacuuming leaves off a hard surface like sidewalk or drive way, just takes a little more time if you are trying to suck them out of the grass. You will get covered in dust. I also bought the barrel collection system. That works well. It does get heavy. Works well and saves a lot of effort if you are patient.
- Reviewed in the United States on November 12, 2020Style: 600CFM Blower/Vac/MulcherVerified PurchaseI have 20 deciduous trees, including 7 with trunks thicker than two feet at breast height. Autumn winds add leaves from across the street. I mulch: just run over the lawn and put the mower away. I can clear 400 square feet a minute with my walking mower. With the chute blocked, my riding mower will mulch 1100 square feet a minute. What’s more, the leaf particles help the soil. Pin oak used to give me messy results because the leaves resist fine chopping. I’ve done better since I discovered that a 1/2” belt sander gives blades a better edge than an angle grinder.
I wanted a vacuum for places that are hard to reach with a walking mower or a rake. When I saw that the Worx WG512 is also a high-volume, low-velocity blower, I bought it. (A landscaper suggests 600 cubic feet a minute, minimum, to blow leaves on a lawn.)
In the carport, it lets me remove leaves without removing what’s stored along the wall. It’s similarly convenient on steps, on the porch, behind shrubbery, and along fences and walls. It mulches most leaves almost like sawdust.
I had to stoop to get the vacuum nozzle down near the ground. Lengthening the bag’s shoulder strap fixed that. Changing it from a blower to a vacuum entails rotating the weight of the motor aft. That made it tiring to hold. The designer thought of that. To vacuum, you move your hand to the rear section of the handle.
It blew pin oak leaves off a driveway better than other blowers I’ve tried. Vacuuming the pile was slow, and the pieces in the bag were too big to call mulch. The next time, I bagged the pile with my walking mower, which was much quicker. I tossed the coarse contents on a patch of grass and mulched with the same mower. The sharp blade produced pieces small enough to disappear when I dispersed them with the blower.
The cord hook requires bending an extension cord sharply. That’s detrimental. A hole at the back of the handle looks as if it were made for a string. I was about to make a loop of cord with a cord lock to cinch an extension cord, but then I remembered the drawstring, with a cord lock, on a bag I intended to discard. The loop is 12” long, and the photo shows that it’s a good length.
The blower won’t plug into an extension cord unless the hots and neutrals are aligned. You have to look closely to see the difference. I made it easier with a piece of pink tape. The ground on the extension cord should be on that side.
Some years, autumn leaves may remain in valleys on my roof. By holding moisture, they can cause damage, especially during freezes. I don’t like pushing leaves off a roof with a broom. One year I used a borrowed blower from a ladder. It didn’t do the job and, with a velocity faster than a Category 5 hurricane, it could break seals on shingles.
I tried the Worx WG512 from a ladder. Its larger volume did the trick. The muzzle velocity is lower than a Category 1 hurricane, so it’s unlikely to cause trouble. I saw no flapping shingle tabs.
In one matter, my lack of knowledge kept the blower out of service overnight, and I almost broke it. A stick the size of a pencil jammed the impeller the first day. I couldn’t get the orange debris shield off. The 2x2” drawing in the manual seemed to say to push it forward, then lift. Even prying with a screwdriver didn’t work. I quit, slept on it, and checked the manual again in the morning. Then I risked breaking it by prying hard with two screwdrivers.
When it was off, I saw the latch and saw that it was operated by a sliding knob. Because the knob is flat and black like the handle, I hadn’t realized it was a moving part. If I’d known there was a knob, I would have interpreted drawing as the manufacturer intended. I used pink tape to show how conspicuous the knob would be if it were orange like the other moving parts. I’m glad I didn’t break my new blower!

5.0 out of 5 stars This thing saved me hours of work and probably at least 10 leaf bags.
Style: 600CFM Blower/Vac/MulcherVerified PurchaseThe power of this tool is really impressive. I first started to use it as a leaf vacuum only, and it worked really well. It would pull up all leaves/vegetation easily and even small twigs and grind them to tiny pieces. The bag capacity was good enough that I didn’t have to stop and empty too often.
The real revelation came when I tried the blower setting. It easily and quickly cleared my lawn and flower beds of all loose debris, making it easy for me to push it all to a pile. Then I would switch back to vacuum and I was able to suck up the pile and turn it into mulch for far reduced garden bags. It advertises 16-1 ratio of raw to mulched bags, and I think that is conservative.
It is loud use ear protection. It is dusty, I recommend masks if there is no wind.

5.0 out of 5 stars Top quality.
Style: 350CFM Blower/Vac/MulcherVerified PurchaseThis is the most awesome machine I have ever owned. It was a little pricier than most but well worth it. I would highly recommend for your blower or leaf vacuum needs. The metal blades literally shred everything you pick up. My yard is surrounded by maple trees. This machine makes the clean-up a lot easier.

Style: 600CFM Blower/Vac/MulcherVerified PurchaseThe media could not be loaded.
Lo único que no me gustó es que no trae el cinturón para colgar tela en el hombro ni tampoco lo venden por separado, tuve que comprar independiente también en Amazon.
