First, these lights look great, are heavy duty and really provide a lot of much needed lighting for our very dark back patio. Second, and almost as important, is the product has EXCELLENT customer service. We had our lights up since March, but had only used them a handful of times when one of the bulbs went out. This, of course, was disappointing. However, I contacted Adlon and they responded almost immediately to resolve the problem. They apologized for the issue and quickly sent a replacement bulb and even a spare, just in case. Quality products are hard to find, but attentive and responsive customer service is almost non-existent these days, which makes this company shoot to the top of the charts because they have both. If you need outdoor lighting, choose Adlon every time!!!
