We are very disappointed to find out that the soccer bounce back net snapped all on its on in under one year. My kids loved kicking the ball on and off of it. As you can see by the photographs, which I posted showed rust and deteriorating of the product from the elements. I will not be buying another one but I will reach out to the company to see if that can give me a replacement rod and bottom net. Fingers crossed that have replacement parts.*UPDATE 6/4/2024Whitney from the company reached out to me and apologized for the product issue and was kind enough to ask if I wanted a refund or a replacement. I settled for the latter and a few days later the net came in. Total time to set it is approximately five minutes. The net is used for soccer/Fútbol and I'm sure there are other applications/sports e.g. lacrosse it can be used for.Overall, we love the easy of transport, setup and use of this bounce back double net. We were lucky enough that the company has such great customer service. I recommend buying one.

    I bought this rebounder for my 10-year-old son back in December 2022, and he has been using it everyday since we put it together. He absolutely loves it! It has a very solid frame, and the springy nets provide a really nice return of the soccer ball. He likes the versatility of the large net for unpredictable bounces and for up-close touches to help improve his footwork speed and ball control. The smaller net is great for practicing keeping the pass on the ground. We've always kept the rebounder set up in the front room of our house, and it's pretty much a guarantee that our son will take a detour to to it on his way out of the house or before heading upstairs to his bedroom.

    One of the rope loops did snap recently on the lower corner of the big net (where it attaches to a notch at the foot post), so I contacted PodiuMax Customer Service via email to inquire about a replacement. Fenny from Customer Service responded to me the same day, and ultimately shipped me a brand new replacement net (free of charge) which I received just a couple days later! Big thanks to Fenny for outstanding customer support! New net is working great.

    When I first went to assemble, one of the attached strings broke off making the product unusable. Fortunately customer service at Podiumax became aware of the situation and rectified it .

    After getting the new unit, it has been awesome. My 8yo son has spent hours over the past four days playing and working on his soccer skills. I have noticed an immediate improvement with his coordination and foot skills. He loves playing and showing off his improvements. This has been a great purchase so far!

    This Soccer trainer is amazing. It is:
    Lightweight and easy to move
    sturdy
    perfectly sized, even for smaller yards
    easy to assemble and understand
    collapsable and fits into the provided bad.

    We had a few issues with the net loops (the white ones on the net) getting severed and almost breaking off. Priscilla made it right and fast by shipping out a new net.

    When the fiberglass pole broke, Podiu-Priscilla sent us a new one ASAP.

    I hope these little issues with integrity are fixed to ensure one of the best soccer trainers on the planet!

    It's nice to watch them experimenting with new tricks or ways to train. For our 9-yo, we are seeing more commitment to individual, regular training because it's so easy and fun.

    While in concept this equipment seems to be the perfect soccer companion/trainer, it has an inherent flaw, the black tension poles which seem to snap after some time. Mine snapped months ago and due to a busy schedule, only just got around to reaching out to support, now honestly I was open to buying a replacement pole but I noticed many reviews with pole issues so I reached out to support, they replied that since my product is a month out of warranty they won't support it and I'll have to wait a month until I can buy the poles separately. BUYER BEWARE, I'M SURE THE MANUFACTURER WANTS YOU TO BUY THIS KNOWING THE POLES WILL FAIL BUT THEY HOPE IT HAPPENS OUT OF WARRANTY SO THEY CAN SELL YOU POLES. Probably having enough replacements changed the "good" customer service everyone is raving about I can't imagine just 1 black pole is impossible to fix it's design

    Hallo, wir haben das Gerät im täglichen Einsatz. Nichts wird häufiger bespielt, als dieser Rebounder.
    Die Verarbeitung ist solide und der Aufbau sehr einfach.
    Nach nun über einem Jahr Dauerbolzen ist leider ein Halteseil gerissen.
    Da noch Garantiezeit bestand habe ich mich über Amazon an den Händler gewendet.
    Die Rückinformation war nach ca. 20 Minuten da, nach 2 Tagen war der Ersatz bereits geliefert und eine Info dazu, dass man die Halteseile mit Tesafilm umwickeln soll, damit sich diesmal die Schnur nicht so schnell durchscheuert. Ich bin begeistert, über das Teil, als auch über den überaus freundlichen, schnellen Kundenservice. Jederzeit gerne wieder.

    Wir haben das Rebounder Tor für unseren 9-jährigen Sohn gekauft, der sehr viel Freude an dem Tor hat und nun auch alleine super seine Balltechnik trainieren kann und "aus alllen Lagen" schießen kann.
    Leider war das zuerst gelieferte Tor an einer Verschraubung defekt, der Kundenservice hat aber sehr professionell, sehr schnell (zwischen den Feiertagen!) reagiert und uns kostenlosn innerhalb weniger Tage ein neues Tor zugesandt, bei dem nun alles passt.
