  • This car mount is washable and reusable. You can peel off the holder from the bottom layer of the base. If the car mount is dirty or it cannot stick well, you can wash the bottom and it will be sticky again.

  • The bottom adhesive of the dashboard car phone holder is not a permanent tape. It can be easily relocated without any marks if needed.

    Overall is nice product, well fit my car dashboard ( Mazda CX-7). Holds both my Pixel 8 Pro and iPhone XR quite steady. Looking at the reviews I was concerned about black tar like glue used to attach the holder. So before it is too late, I decided to remove(tear off) the sticky film and replace with double-sided adhesive band piece (Gorilla).

      Yeah, this was a good purchase. Suction holds well to a leather-covered dash of a new vehicle. It swivels great and since the rubber-like feel and material is flexible, it holds larger phones (6.8/6.9" rectangle-shaped models with slip-on covers) and at the correct angle. The item is actually as I found it described for the sale, it's also heavy enough to support a good phone. I am aware of how the sticky underside can work for a long time. Dust and dirt will start to collect on its underside and edges so every so often one should remove it and then wash with dish detergent and water, dry it well, re-install. Since it's placed on a vehicle's dash, best to re-locate it a few inches in any other position so as not to allow the dash to fade and then leave a really new looking circle where this thing has been stuck for too long. Sunlight will do that and in my case, my dash is brand new and later on I don't feel like seeing a new soup bowl-sized image while the rest of the dash has turned faded from the sun.
