    I bought these for a 7 year old boy. The light works well, which is the night vision. The battery box on the back strap ,is heavy and makes the glasses slide down in the back. When tightened the nose bridge and battery pack are hard and hurt.

      My 6 yr old son wanted Night Vision goggles for Christmas. We looked around at a few different kinds and in the end purchased these. The fact that a 6 yr old doesn't need expensive night vision goggles made these the perfect pair because of the price. To him these are the best night vision goggles ever. To me as a gadget loving father they were OK. ( I may have had super high expectations and made him let me wear them first)

      Pros: The light is super bright and makes everywhere you look in the dark light up. The lenses give the lit up light a different look then you would get just using a flashlight. They have really good battery life. The fold out optics look cool ( see cons )

      Cons: The fold out magnifying optics are kind of hard for a 6 yr old to get lined up. I used them and it does magnify but it is not that easy to see out of.
