I’m not gonna lie I have not tried it yet, but the size is perfect. The straps are very proficient and effective. The cupholders are actually the size I want. And the inside is amazing and large where I can actually put a pizza box inside. Great for parents that want to hold their food that they just bought. or family gatherings where they want to have a picnic and have their food and drink. I’m going to try it out very soon as a delivery driver so I’ll keep you guys updated.

    I originally bought this for doordashing, but I never bothered with that. Since Costco doesn't have shopping bags, I've been using this bag instead. So far, I love it. It's very sturdy and the straps have not snapped from the weight of all the food I put in it to make one trip from my car to my kitchen. I think I put roughly 30-40lbs worth of groceries in it and take that up three flights of stairs and it holds up just fine. It's also very spacious. I've been able to fit a large ribeye (that I'd have to butcher myself), a couple packs of hamburger and two gallons of milk and still have space left to stuff whatever else in there. I haven't used the cup holders, so I don't have an opinion on them.

    The bag is a great size especially for those that are delivering food. The size of this bag will accommodate multiple orders and allow you the space to be able to organize drink carriers and what not as you see fit. The zippers appear to be of qualify and are fairly easy to open one handed.

    While the size is great, it still won’t be big enough to hold most large or larger pizzas. It requires them to sit at an angle. Problematic for deliverers

    The whole reason for the FOUR if not THREE stars. The structure. I saw other comments mention this and felt the need to echo. The bag WILL NOT look like the one in the pictures without modification. Rather it will look like your lumpy gym bag. With some proper modification (I used and old shoes rack, some old rubber maid lids, etc) and it works out great. While speaking about support, also not that the bottom is without any support.

    All n all - plan on making some tweaks that this bag will suit you nicely. Otherwise I’d keep shopping

    Used this for thanksgiving and it was amazing. I actually got a relish tray, 6 pies, 6 containers of cool whip, and 2 packages of dinner rolls in it. It zipped right up, no crushing (still had room). Put 4 bottles of water in the cup holders as well. Even though I could barely pick it up, the shoulder strap held with all the weight. It was perfect for transporting everything in one shot. Pies were still warm, relish tray was still cold. So it definitely did everything it claims and can give you an idea of size, functionality, and durability.

    It keeps the food nice and warm, from what I seen at least 20++minutes, but the downside is the drinks holders, so basically you need to fill up the whole bag in order the drinks holding place and be stable. For example, if you only pick up 1 bag of Chick-fil-A and put it inside this product bag. you have three drinks those drinks are going to spill where you hold the drinks because those drinks are going to be hanging down, and it’s gonna be a mess.
