I really like these torch lighters. They seem sturdy and well built and they look cool and kinda' steam punkish. But best of all they work great! Unlike standard lighters, when these are held sideways the flame dependably shoots straight out at that angle. Adjustable flame length. No need for flints that wear out. These have electric ignition.
One thing I wish is that they had come preloaded with butane but that can't be helped. Shipping regulations don't allow it. But any tobacco shop should have good quality butane for sale and these lighters are very easy to fill. It literally takes just seconds.
It'll be interesting to see how many lights one gets per butane charge. Should last awhile though-- unless I keep having fun lighting and watching how they work. Really cool lighters that look good and come in a very nice, almost presentation style, felted interior box. Totally giftable!

Different brand..
Got these lighters once before and loved them. No loud clicking easy to fill lit every time super reliable. I left them at my exs when i moved out so i had to grab some more. I just got these yesterday and noticed they were "topkay" instead of "jobon". I wasnt really worried about it but ive already noticed a difference and not a good one. It is possible that its just one of the lighters that is defective. Its not that it dsnt wrk its just that on of them the lowest setting is still super high. Thats the reason i gave them 4 stars instead of 5. All in all though seem to be the exact same lighters. I will update with a review in a few months and update any changes..positive or negative.

Let me preface this by saying that Amazon did an amazing job getting these lighters to me within 1 1/2 days. I have no problem with Amazon. As far as the company, TopKay, the lighter is brand new, it works, but again, it is brand new! What is disturbing to me is that TopKay includes a card that says that if there is a problem, they have an 18 month warranty and a "No need to return product " policy, as pictured on the enclosed card, which came in the package. I've tried every which way to find the website, which is pictured above. They asked for my Amazon order number, which I had on hand, but there is no such website to send my order number to, in order to request a replacement in the event the lighter malfunctions! Try it for yourself if you doubt what I am saying! I keep getting a webpage to do with Outlook mail, but nothing where I can write to this company! It's no surprise that they are offering an 18 month warranty on a product that you cannot request a replacement for! Don't be fooled! Look for a company that backs their product!
