Bought in September of 2021. Worked nice until now (and we don't even use it that often).

We run the heater off of a 20-lb. propane tank. I thought maybe the conversion hose was bad, so ordered a new one. New hose gets the same result.

Now, the heater will not stay lit. It will ignite the pilot, but as soon as you stop pressing down on the control knob, it shuts off. If I turn the knob to high and light the burner with a grill lighter, it will light, but only with the knob pushed in. Let go of the knob, it shuts off.

Even with the knob taped down, it still doesn't get as hot as it used to. It used to get hot enough to make the metal screen get red. Not any more.

There's something wrong with the knob assembly or the regulator. I'll disassemble and try to clean/troubleshoot, but I'm not hopeful.

It was a nice heater when it worked. I'll be shopping for a different brand of table top heater. If I figure out what's wrong, I'll update my review.

11/26/2022 UPDATE!: Changed to 4-stars, but will leave the rest of my initial review in case someone experiences the same issue (won't stay lit w/o holding in the valve). It was the thermocouple. Cleaned it and bent it closer to the pilot. Stays lit now, and works like a champ again.

Over the years, I have had at least 8 of these types of heaters. They all have worked perfectly for several years! This one did not work within two weeks of owning it before it died! Ordered it November 25, 2025 and it was shipped right away. We used it about 6-7 times and suddenly it would no longer light. I reached out to the JEFULL and requested a new one to be sent to me. Now they want a video of me trying to light it. It would be tricky, at best, of holding my phone trying to video this action while trying to light it. I just spent nearly 100.00 for this product, and now have to jump through hoops to prove that it will not light. I always save the box just in case, but after I saw that it worked, I threw the box away! I don't have a box to return the product to the seller. I just need some help with this and the seller is not interested in rectifying the situation. Take my money and then give you a hard time when it does not work.

Our winter evenings can get into the 60s and even though that is not cold, it is a damp cold. CHECK YOUR TIP SWITCH IF IT WON'T LIGHT

Had issues with getting it to light from the start. Tried all the troubleshooting steps on their website, never got any return contact about my issues. I decided to follow some YouTube tutorials to remedy the typical issues. Once I started taking the heater pieces apart to get down to the valving pieces, I quickly realized what the issue was. There is a little tip over switch inside a black plastic casing that cuts the flow off of the heater is knocked over. Mine not only was missing one of the 2 screws holding it in place, but the one screw was barely even holding the piece on and allowed the entire tip switch to swing around freely. If you having issues getting the heater to ignite....I'd suggest looking into the problem. 0 stars for customer service. Since I tightened the screw and found a replacement one to hold the tip switch in place, my heater has worked at about 75% of what I expected one of these heaters to perform.
