I bought the first clock and after 8 months or so, it intermittently turns off with any slight movement to the cord. We are gentle with the clock but not sure why it happened. I assumed perhaps my LO has messed with it and we bought a second clock. After 3months, it stopped working intermittently again, same issue. With any small movement of the plug/cord the clock would turn off. We were very careful with the second clock and placed it out of reach of our toddler (who actually does not mess with electronics/plugs). There is no way this is due to user error/abuse this time (and likely last time either).
THey do have a 12 month warranty, and I have emailed them and I'm awaiting their response. We clearly enjoyed the clock (when it works) as we bought a replacement for the first but now we have two faulty clocks/cords/plugs.
Edit:
They do uphold their one year warranty. Thought it was cord so they sent me a new cord. Didn’t fix the problem, so they sent me another clock.

Great for a basic "sleep" and "wake" clock
I use this ONLY for the sun/moon icons, which I set to 7am and 8pm, and leave on a shelf out of kid's reach. After ~1 month of use, the time holds pretty well. I like that the buttons are pretty simple to use on the bottom, and logical when you need to change the settings (i.e. not read the manual every time!). While it must be plugged in to work, I think there's an internal battery because a short power outage or moving it to a different outlet does not erase the time/settings. The lights are a bit brighter than I'd like and more "blue" light temperature, so I covered it with some trace paper and red marker so it's better for nighttime colors. I also blacked-out all the extra stars and sparkle icons, so that really all my 2.5-year-old needs to see is the time + the sun/moon. It has been working wonderfully for setting expectations of when it's OK to get out of bed in the morning. I like that the night light feature can simply be turned off (so I don't have to black that out, too).

The functions on the clock are great and the lock button (to stop the kids from messing with the settings) is very handy for us as parents.
Our kids managed to break the cable at one point but we received excellent customer service and were sent a new cable for free which was amazing and it allows us to continue to use the clock and keep a good bedtime/morning routine.

Decent, but not quite as good as a Mella

I bought this to use in Australia so had to supply my own USB wall plug. We are using this in my 2-year-old's room. He was easily able to understand that when the moon is on the clock he needs to go to sleep/stay quietly in bed. I was concerned about the display being too bright, as he previously slept in a pitch dark room, but it's not too bad if you turn off the perimeter night light. We run the white noise all night and I haven't noticed any 'looping' problems as I read about on other clocks. One issue I did read about and have experienced is that sometimes the time display doesn't update for a couple of minutes. But as it still keeps time it's not a big problem. I haven't used the alarm or nap functionality. The instructions could be a little better but didn't prevent me being able to set up the features I've used. My 4-year-old has had a Mella for a few years now, and the Mella is a better quality clock, but as the exchange rate had worsened since I bought it, I wanted to try something a little cheaper this time around.Megan RDecent, but not quite as good as a Mella
