Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
- Q: Why my antenna doesn't rotate?
- A: Check if you are using only single coax cable connect from antenna to the control box (ANT IN), if splitter and additional coax cable is used in between them, it could block the signal and power. And splitter should be installed on RF IN/TV 2 from the control box.
- Q: Why the remote control is not working?
- A: You will have to point the remote directly to the front window of the control box within 10ft to get it work, a green light should come on which indicates the antenna is rotating.
- Q: How does the rotation wok?
- A: As long as you are holding the button (remote or control box top button), the antenna will rotate all the way 360 degree, and it will turn back around when it reaches the end.
- Q: Why there's a yellow light comes on from the control box as soon as I connect the coax cable to the control box?
- A: Yellow light comes on meaning something wrong with the connection, check if you are using a splitter in between the antenna and control box, try using only one single coax cable from antenna to the control box and see if the yellow light comes on again.
- Q: Why the control box doesn't power up?
- A: Try disconnect all the cable from the control box and leave the ac adapter on, if there's still no red light on top of the control box, then use a voltage meter to check with the ac adapter and see if there's voltage, if there is then it is the control box is bad, but if there's no voltage that means it is the ac adapter is bad.

TV Connections Guide
- Connect the antenna top to the antenna input of the control box using any coaxial cable.
- Plug the control box power supply into the wall. The control box is the device that you point your remote control at to make the antenna rotate. The control box is usually installed next to your TV set.
- Connect the control box to your digital TV or converter box if needed. Remember, only old style analog TVs need a converter box.
- Scan for available antenna channels using the add channels option on your TV or converter box.
How to Scan Channel?
- Mount the antenna on your rooftop for optimal performance.
- Consult related instruction manual to SCAN the Channels FIRST if you use a digital converter box
- Find the setting option on TV menu. Set up the signal source to AIR/Antenna.
- After you set up the signal source, go to Channel Scan or Channel Manage to scan the digital channels.

Works better without the amplifier
One of the big 4 just wouldn’t come in. So, taking advice from these reviews, I trashed the amplifier. I get more channels now, including all of the big 4. I love it!

I received the antenna and saved the box. I wasn’t sure I’d like it based on some of the reviews. I’m glad I waited and tried it for myself. I first of all assembled the antenna and hooked it up inside of my house right next to the TV and I received 24 stations. Already better than the cheap antenna that that I bought locally which only received 4 stations depending on the weather. Granted that antenna was $17.
So I debated if I wanted to put it in the attic or outside of the house. I watched a video from the Antenna Man who convinced me in his YouTube video that an outside would be better, so I went outside and figured out a good place to mount it on a facia board. I drilled a hole through the wall and ran the coaxial cable that came with the antenna. I added a ground to the antenna per the antenna man, and when I finally hooked up the coaxial cable to the TV and did the auto program, I was stunned to find 56 channels coming in! Some signals are broadcast in less than Hd signal, but were all a solid signal and Did not get that digital pixelation drop out. I do not have a signal amplifier on but I’m thinking about adding one in. I did add in the supplied splitter and sent signals to two other TVs. They all get excellent pictures and to my amazement, my tv in my downstairs even received some additional channels that the upstairs tv did not. I suspect that tuner is more sensitive. I’m not an expert installer. I think I need a taller pole because if I were to rotate the antenna now it may hit the roof, but with this many tv stations, I may just leave well enough alone. Incidentally, I figured out how to delete those stations I don’t want so it is almost better than having cable tv. For reference, I’m about 20 miles out of a decent sized city in Oregon. In Los Angeles, I used to get over 200 channels over the air but I watched about 10 of them.
Hope this review helps you all enjoy the free tv signals that are out there. One thing I should mention is watch the guy assembling the antenna video on Amazon. The instructions are not so clear and the pieces do face certain ways. It is easy enough to put thing backwards. I had to correct some wing nuts and the two “tail feather” attachments. I had mine pointing the wrong easement I irate started assembling.
