Bought this Blackstone griddle for camp shortly after receiving another Blackstone as a gift from a relative. It's been awesome this summer cooking everything from varieties of fried rice, fish, steak, fajitas, burgers, etc. I cook for a family of four and this has plenty of space for any meal we cook. The best part is keeping the heat of the kitchen outside the house while cooking a wide variety of foods.
It's important to note that I have had a few learnings. First, I'm an instruction follower so I seasoned the new Blackstone according to the directions. It's remarkably non-stick when they are followed. Also, I had several occasions where it seemed cold and wasn't heating up properly. The regulator has a safety device that activates when turned on too fast. This drops the gas pressure and produces poor results. Simply bleed the gas and start over slowly.
