Useful, but poor quality.
The size of these adult bibs is perfect for my 91 year old mother-in-law who is in a nursing home. So much better than tucking a napkin! At first I thought they'd be too long, but the length is great for catching dropped food that would otherwise land in her lap.The terrycloth is Ok quality - somewhat loose-weave. The problem is the binding around the edges - it's such poor quality that it's unraveling after just a couple washes- see photos.Finally, a snap would be much better than velcro closure. The velcro squares are stiff at the back of the neck. Also, you have to be careful to close the velcro before washing so it doesn't catch on the terrycloth or other items in the wash, causing pulls.

These are complete garbage. I seriously can't even begin to fathom how these are so highly rated. These pictures were taken after one light use and one small wash in a machine with no agitator and a small load of similar materals in a newer dryer. The material just fell apart. There were 6 holes in the blue material total in just one bib and the white material seems to just be disintigrating. Theyre not at all absorbant. I didnt expect them to completely protect her clothing from all spills since its just one layer of terrycloth, our intention was more of a "crumb catcher" but the little bit of liquid that happened to fall on it went right through to her clothes. You can also see where they were poorly stitched together to begin with. Im not surprised, I cant imagine getting high quality stitches with such poor quality materials but they didnt even properly fold the white material under the stitches. I also didn't expect them to last forever because they weren't terribly expensive, we wanted to try a few out and see how they worked before buying a bunch. I'm glad we did because this isnt even worth what we paid for them. We immediately packaged them back up and sent them back for a refund. Horrible purchase.
If you buy these, consider them disposable.
