Q&A
1.Do I need to make some preparations before desulfating?
- Check the battery voltage. The voltage should be more than 11.5V, or the desulfator cannot enter into the working cycle.
2. How to use this battery desulfator?
- Connect the desulfator to your battery (leave it with battery charged or not), then it displays battery voltage and automatically selects 12, 24, 36 or 72 volts.
3.What is the button used for?
- When the desulfator shows Cxx, you may select the voltage type by yourself with it.
- When the desulfator works, you may press the button to stop.
4. What are the targeted battery types and situations?
- Storage battery, winter maintance
- 3 years old battery or younger
- 12V 24V 36V 48V battery bank
5. Can it be used in lithium batteries?
No. It only can be used in lead acid batteries. Also, it will not work for damaged or dead battery.
6. How can I feel the improvement?
You can record the discharging time of your battery before and after you desulfate the battery.
Working Cycle:
1.After you finish the battery charging process, connect the battery to the battery desulfator.
2.Firstly,the battery desulfator will show the battery voltage.
3.Then it automatically selects 12,24,36 or 72 volts.C12 means 12V battery bank,C24 means 24V battery bank......C72 means 72V battery bank.
4.Red light will flash in cycle when it desulfate the battery.

I know there are a lot of stories about these things being worthless, but here is my story. I had two cars that were needing repairs that I left sitting in my driveway for months while I was busy with a job I was working on while Covid was happening. Okay so they really sat for over a year, but time flies when working from home during a pandemic. Anyway, I had two car batteries and a motorcycle battery that were all dead as dirt and would not take enough charge to start the cars nor the bike. But it was enough voltage (barely) to run this desulfator.
I connected it and left it running on one battery until it died (about a day). Then re-charged the battery to find it charged a little higher. I attached the desulfator and let it die again (a couple of days this time). Then charged the battery again, and again it was better. Left the desulfator on for 3 more days and charged up the battery once more. I then connected the battery to a load tester and it tested low, but good. I ran the desulfator for a couple more days and charged one last time and the load tester was showing the battery was good. It was then able to start my wife's broken-down van and is still working well a couple of months later. I repeated this process on my broken down truck battery that was dead and had the same results. Lastly, I did it to my motorcycle battery, and that one came back as well. Keep in mind, these are all batteries that were less than 2 years old and just sat and died from no use, which is usually due to sulfating.
This is not a miracle worker, but it did what it was meant to do, and it did it well. I honestly didn't expect much from it, but since it saved me over five hundred bucks on new batteries, I can't complain.
So I went and got one of these.
Here’s what I did with it:
1. First, filled the cells to the required level (that took a gallon of distilled water in two attempts).
2. Fully charged the batteries.
3. Disconnected the charger (mid afternoon) and put the desulfater on overnight. I din NOT disconnect the batteries from the cart.
4. In the morning repeated the full charge. NOTE: When attaching or detaching the desulfater it sparks. Therefore, one must allow the hydrogen from charging to dissipate before disconnecting the delsulfater. In my case I used a leaf blower.
5. I repeated this cycle for five days. I noticed that the recharge time decreased significantly. (from 7 hrs to 3 hrs)
At the present time I've taken 28 trips to the club house and back and the batteries are still showing nearly full charge.
My best advice with this product is to use it in conjunction with a low amp charger or on board while driving. The little clamps make it risky to leave on a vehicle while driving.
This device is not an old battery reviver like all the hype says. This is really for preventative maintenance. If used as such, this might extend the life of a lead type battery. If your battery is 6 years old and on it's last leg, this thing will not bring it back to new. At best, this will add some months to a battery that is not starting the car.
My experience thus far:
I am using this on my 6 year old Toyota Panasonic flooded lead acid battery which is showing signs of dying (lower pitch starting sound).
My first session drained my battery to where the car would barely start. I left it on overnight starting with the battery with the following:
12.5v
298 CCA
10.06 internal resistance
In the morning, the battery was down to 12.18v at 35 degrees out and the car would barely start.
12.18v
298 CCA
10 internal resistance
Second session was worse than the first, it was warmer out (50 degrees) and the car would not even start. Total failure.
12.15v
243 CCA
12.34 internal resistance
After that failure, I started doing the sessions with a low amp trickle charger attached. After on night with the trickle charger:
12.46v
307CCA
9.55 internal resistance
Second night with trickle charger
12.49v
315CCA
9.52 internal resistance
Improvements are incremental and might not get any better, but I am going to keep running this thing for a month or so and see if I can get through the winter on this battery.
