I've been on a KETO diet (which is great health wise) and wanted to try some high quality KETO bread. Having attempted to make my own bread several times unsuccessfully, I ordered these as they look and are advertised as great. It took about three weeks for the bread to arrive. Despite that, I was looking forward to trying this professionally produced, VERY expensive bread. I was shocked at the tiny size and the high density of this bread. It wasn't much different from what I have made. What a disappointment. More than $8 per tiny loaf! The loaf is about the size of a deli sandwich.

As many others have reviewed, I also found mold on the bread. Inhaling mold fragments or spores can inflame the airways, causing nasal congestion, wheezing, chest tightness, coughing and throat irritation. Prolonged exposure to high levels of indoor dampness can reduce lung function and cause chronic health problems such as asthma.
As this is a third party seller, Amazon does not allow returns through Amazon, they must be referred to Yez, the seller. They refused my request for a return or refund. They said the product is accurately described. (I don't recall seeing any bragging about the mold you might find on your bread). KETO friendly bread is expensive but there are many sellers here and other places that sell much better bread for the money. DON'T BUY THIS PRODUCT!

It's much smaller than you think it's going to be; it tastes like rye bread in case you're not interested in rye bread; but best of all it holds together in one piece unlike any other keto bread I've ever encountered. I think this is a fine product but it is going to be a surprise when you get it for sure. It's definitely the best keto bread I've ever had, and since it's more important to me to stay thin than to have my food taste like it came from a Manhattan deli, I'm giving it five stars.

I had not ordered this particular bread before but the ingredients were just what I was looking for. I'm on an 'avoidance' food program because certain foods are 'triggers' for my digestive tract. I also try to 'eat clean' and lean more toward a Keto/Mediterranean way of eating. So, the bread fit all the categories I wanted. The flavor is just OK and the consistency is like other breads. It even toasted well! I've had other keto breads and none of them are as tasty as a hearty grain bread. It just doesn't have a lot of flavor, but this bread is ok.

Gluten-free Keto bread is pretty hard to come by and usually way too eggy and flavorless. This is the best I have come across so far. I wish it were a bit more yeasty, but when you can't use gluten in the dough, that is pretty tough to achieve. This bread is lower in carbs than most and not nearly as eggy, (ie not too spongey). It has a subtle flavor, but I do not find it bland. (It simply doesn't taste like what, because it isn't wheat!) It has no preservatives so needs to be frozen upon arrival and like others, I slice it first and then freeze it, so I can pull out a few slices at a time. The loaves are quite small, but it is good quality.
