For Christmas this year or each one of our children received a hover board with the go cart attachment, for my eldest daughter I purchased this purple set she has used it five times and for no more than 45 minutes without it dying my child weighs 100 pounds well within the weight range for this hover board it’s not charging efficiently I would say probably after the third use due to the design of the go cart you cannot help but scratch where the power port is on the back there’s no point in me reaching out to the company because it would be my daughters fault! However I feel like if the power port was higher up perhaps it would not have been so damaged! I’m very disappointed in this product I bought the other two sets from Walmart and they were $100 cheaper and they have been amazing! My daughter has driven this on our carport and in front of our home on a gravel suburban road. I’d look for a better design!

I ordered two of these last Christmas, one for my daughter and one for my son. They absolutely love riding around on the scooter attachments and as they have gotten more adventurous they've now tried balancing and standing on the hoverboard itself. Attaching and removing the seat is quick and easy, and the battery life is impressive. They also like that they can bluetooth connect to them and play music while they cruise around, though this does shorten battery life (obviously). I hope they continue to get hours and hours of enjoyment on these for years to come!

One issue to note - my son's hoverboard had a battery defect and stopped taking a charge after a few months of normal use. It wasn't clear what the issue was initially, and I worked with customer service at Evercross to troubleshoot the cause. Once they determined it was a battery defect, they quickly rectified the issue and sent me a replacement battery.

Got this for our 2 kids to share, but I think my husband enjoys it just as much. It's a pretty awesome hoverboard that comes with a seat too. It does great outside or in, carpet, tile, pavement and grass if it's not too soft. Battery life is good, no problems so far. I think this is the best deal for the quality on a hoverboard with seat included.

We ordered this board because we had bought one for our son the year prior and it worked well. This one never quite worked the same as my son's did. The go kart feature never worked and it was more touchy to ride. After only a few times of using this it randomly stopped while my daughter was riding it causing her to fly off of the board onto the sidewalk. We have never been able to get it to turn back on and it will not charge any longer when plugged it. I reached out to the company with absolutely NO RESPONSE what so ever and after over a week of waiting for one I reached out to Amazon directly to see what could be done. They let me return it, but less the shipping charge so I am now out a hoverboard and out $40 for the return shipping. I would be cautious when looking to purchase as their customer service is garbage and not reliable so if you get a dud like we did you will get no response from them and still lose money overall.
