    I made a loaf of banana bread and was very pleased to see that the batter could go directly in the pan--no need to grease the pan. The loaf came out of the pan perfectly--no needs to use a knife to loosen the sides. Just turn the pan over and the loaf comes right out. After the loaf was out of the pan there was no bread remaining on the surface so clean up was accomplished in seconds. I'm used to using a pyrex loaf pan, but this worked much better.

It is sturdy, a lovely coppery brown color and cleans easily. The end pieces that you lift it by, cool off quickly outside the oven which is a bonus. If I had to say one thing I am not so happy about this loaf pan, it would be the raised design in the bottom, that leaves a design on your bread. But if that is all I have negative to say......
