I love this futon. It is beautiful (green), comfortable, and very sturdy. It takes 2 people to assemble and it was 3 hours before we got it completed in our small space but I absolutely love it.

Good but ripped spot in mattress
I was ready to give this a full 5 stars.Putting it together (alone) was a bit of a challenge but not too much. The Instructions could be clearer, but once you keep going they make more sense. The hardest part was putting the bottom and back parts of the frame together. If you have another person to help you awesome! If not, you can do it on your own, it’s not impossible. Be prepared for the work.Upon taking out my mattress I made sure not to cut deep into the plastic, I only cut the plastic once then tore the rest with my hands. when I put it on the frame I saw there was a tore. I’m now going to have to spend money on stitchig the the hole.The mattress is comfortable I slept on it one night and it felt good

We removed our old l-shaped couch from our RV because the faux leather was just coming off in small pieces everywhere. We looked at all types of replacement RV couches and recliners everywhere. After removing our old set and based on the fact that we had 80" of room, we finally decided that the Stanford set sold by DCG stores would fit our needs. After placing my order thru Amazon, several days later I contacted Amazon with a request to upgrade the mattress. Amazon contacted the vendor and relayed our request. Allana with DCG stores contacted me and explained the differences in materials, athesitics and details about the construction. We decided on the upgrade after working with her. What a wonderful knowledgeable person she is to work with. Well since this went down without a hitch, everything arrived in about 4 or 5 days. The mattress came first. We waited until we assembled the frame (about 2-hours) which wasn't hard at all and then unpacked the mattress. Instructions say to let it sit for about 48 hours. Within 3 or 4 hours it looks fantastic. The frame is assembled except we haven't attached to the arms as we have to move them into the RV to do that for easier installation. We will install tomorrow morning.

We are so excited for this alternative setup since the couch we had from day one was never comfortable as a lot of RV furniture generally is not. Another issue we were concerned about was overall weight. This option is heavy, but not as heavy as trying to fit a 3 seat theater type recliner/couch. We believe that is a cheaper option that looks great and will serve our needs for watching tv or taking a quick nap. Definite upgrade for our RV. Can't praise the DCG folks enough for the reasonably priced and quality pieces that we purchased on Amazon.

OVER ALL ... putting it together was pretty good ... thought it would have been harder, the directions were pretty easy to follow. The frame is pretty sturdy and heavy duty ... HOWEVER THE MATTRESS IS WEAK =(. It is not as advertised even after letting it "rest to rise" its flat, and really uncomfortable. I do NOT suggest in spending the extra money for mattress included. Just get the frame and a good mattress, it also did not come with the throw pillows as advertised =( .... misleading. we got the Mattress cover to place over the mattress and you can see all the extra slack because the mattress is so thin.
