This card works very well and every time, impressive. I setup a 2TB hard disk (USB3.0, WD EasyStore) with a MBR partition and FAT32 file format (both are required and both are archaic). My hard disk is powered via the USB3.0 port and the card itself is powered from a quick charge charging cable (2.5 amp, not regular slow charger). I do wish it had a switch/button & related LED indicator so as to enable/disable the USB storage port, otherwise you must power down this card in order to power down the USB hard disk before you can disconnect the USB. Pulling a live/hot USB connection can/might well blow out the drivers of a USB hard disk.
I capture at 720p 60hz, but you have to change the source video resolution down to 720p in order to achieve this. If you feed this card 1080p 60hz you will get 1080p 30hz... which seems to flicker (for me). The video files produced are completely uncompressed and are split into ~2MB chunks... you have to edit and compressed the video output files back into something more of a normal compression in order to reasonable play these, expect non-smooth playback of these uncompressed files even on your desktop. Once compressed then pretty much everything will like them.
I haven't tested the audio input jack (don't need it). I think other reviewers would have mentioned it though if there were issues here, so I assume it works also.

Remember it Playstation 3, it 30fps but not 60fps. But quality look Good..
Enjoy with HD video capture, work good. But beware cons is not good for night visions security system capture it will glitches bright light of vehicles give bad quality because 30fps. Remember this 30fps. To me good quality for my need and looking forward get 60fps someday. Cheers.
