This is a good product. I wasn’t sure if this belt would do anything because it’s my first time trying a product like this. I do think the belt is working though. My stomach does feel a little harder and more toned than before I started using the belt.
I can’t say it’ll give you 6-pack abs without exercising. That would be impossible! But it’s a useful tool to help you get more fit. The Velcro is strong and durable. You attach an electronic simulator pad to the belt with two small buttons. The buttons are not strong and the pad falls off if you jostle it too much. But I won’t lower the rating since the belt works just fine as long as you sit still while it’s working
