I have been getting calf cramps lately and this has been a leg saver! I haven’t experienced any hair pulling while using this product. It rolls smoothly and does give relief if you push through the little bit of pain that comes with massaging out a muscle that is cramping. The material is a hard plastic that has been durable for what I need it for. With the smaller size it has been easy to maneuver. Definitely worth the price.
