The core bonus offers new, different moves, but actually felt more like a stretch to me! The extended stretch is not that extended, and the overall feel for this Perfect Pump is " business as usual": Move on from one exercise to the next quickly " all right?" and pretty much effortlessly when you look at Cathe and faithful exercisers Jay and Brenda. However, as always, you may count on professionalism, good cues, and effectiveness. The moves are simple to follow, allowing for focus on form, which is great when lifting heavy --- that's the way I am going to use this DVD.
You do need therefore a bunch of equipment if you don't have a home gym! I either need to buy more dumbells or work with my heavy plates...It's not always practical nor is it best for form. Still! Good DVD, but " expensive " and professional--- true C. Friedrich---- fitness doesn't come for free and you must focus and commit.
