Nice skipping rope for a serious workout. Have to cut to fit your height. Nice and weighted. Twists though, so that’s annoying. But it has lasted forever and it’s easy to use, once you get a hang of it.

The jump rope took a long time to relax and be easy to work with. It is also too light to use for a beginner who was literally just learning to jump rope. We ended up grabbing some heavier rope until he better at it and then went back to this.
