      First, a heads up: ***This ships in the original packaging. There is no hiding what is inside the box. My daughter ended up with a Christmas gift in October because she found it on the front porch before I did! I was bummed about this because it was going to be her big Christmas present. But how can you not let the wide eyed 6 year old open up the brand new Barbie dream house when she first sees it??
      To review the actual purchase: This was a great buy! It's a good (big!) size. It has three stories of fun with all sorts of details that my daughter has loved discovering. She loves the music, lights, the puppy and puppy supplies, little Barbie food, elevator, etc. Super cute. It seems plenty sturdy, but we've just had it a few days. I'm not concerned about the quality over time though. The directions were clear and I was able to put it together easily. (Do be prepared for a big box with lots of pieces.) It's stated, but it does not come with the Barbies. I was pleased to buy it when it was on sale and don't regret it one bit. I have a very happy little girl and know this will get lots of playtime!

      I gave this to one of my grandchildren. It probably said somewhere on the box, perhaps, that you would be spending a good bit of time putting the doll house together. I didn't realize that there would be SO MANY pieces. My granddaughter and I dug in and we did have some fun putting it together.       Sobre o produto: a casa é simplesmente linda e vale demais o investimento. Luzes, música, acessórios, minha filha amou. A casa é enorme e ocupa bastante espaço então creio que vale a pena pensar com calma em qual lugar ela ficará na sua casa pois, uma vez montada, não é tão simples de ser desmontada.

      Sobre a entrega do produto: comprei para dar de presente de Natal para a minha filha de 05 anos mas, qual não foi a nossa surpresa quando, ao abrir a caixa, constatamos que a estrutura principal veio completamente danificada. Não era uma simples avaria; estava inutilizável e, inclusive, o plástico quebrado ainda oferecia risco de corte à minha filha.

      Assim, ainda na noite de Natal, entrei em contato com a Amazon, explicando a situação e, após alguns outros contatos, realizei a devolução da casa quebrada e eles enviaram uma nova casa que, dessa vez, veio em perfeito estado (há uma pequena avaria em uma das bases mas nada que atrapalhe o uso).

      Então, quanto à Amazon: apesar da minha crítica acerca da embalagem (falo em breve sobre este ponto), foi rápida na solução do meu problema, com atendentes atenciosos e que realmente se preocuparam em amenizar a situação, afinal, minha filha ficou frustrada por ter que devolver o presente tão esperado e aguardar, de novo, a "chegada do Papai Noel".

      Sobre a embalagem: as peças não são envoltas em plástico bolha, apenas alguns pequenos pedaços de papelão ao redor de alguns itens... além disso, como a caixa original já é enorme, creio que seria ainda mais difícil o transporte caso fosse inserida em outra caixa maior... de todo jeito, a ausência de uma boa embalagem, interna e/ou externa, pode fazer com que o produto seja danificado no transporte.... não sei, também, se foi o caso de alguma devolução anterior e que, sem prévia análise, o produto quebrado foi enviado para mim por erro...

      Apesar do balde de água fria na noite de Natal, no fim deu tudo certo, e por isso confio comprar na Amazon pois sei que eles solucionam os problemas.
