I wish they'd remove the box cutter, C tool bucket opening video up top. I believe this 'was' necessary before. Now, there is a plastic strip that you pull around the whole top of the lid. Then, I just pulled up on each of the 4 'tabs' that were left after removing the plastic strip and viola! It was nicely opened! :D
(I had a nightmare that I'd go to the ER and they'd say ''what brought her in?" and the other would say: "almond meal". Thank GOD they changed it!
As for these mysterious 'black spots' missing. Maybe, if you have this happen, a return is in order? So far, I don't see this yet. It looks like smooth, beautiful almond meal. I mention the 'beauty' as it looks better to me than the non organic almond meal. So far, I'm rolling with this one. I've not made my recipe yet, so will update soon.
