The metal cage base it comes with has these things that screw onto a rear bike rack, which you should get if you're doing deliveries as its better on your back and more comfy not having to wear an extra layer as a backpack. Strapping the bag to the base with up to 5 straps means it won't bounce during rides.
I like the shelves it comes with for organizing, and yes it does keep the food warm or drinks cold, though I haven't had to try it for more than a 20 minute delivery.
Its pricey, but I read you can write off accessories on your taxes. I like the reflectors and you can put a light in the place between the backpack straps where a card should be.
Overall great value and a must for anyone wanting to do bike delivery.
Update: I got the pieces I needed. Bag is well worth the money and they customer service took care of me!

Cons: what others say about build quality? Yeah… I can see that. Mine doesn’t have any problems, but the quality of materials do not exactly inspire me with confidence I will be using the same bag in five years. I wish that colors other than black were available without having to order in quantities of five, and I wish there were more reflective strips. Also, it would be nice if the backpack straps were removable, or able to be stowed in such a way they didn’t flutter about while riding. I will never use this as a backpack, so they’re really just a nuisance. And while the adjustable shelf is sturdy, it can be kind of a pain to get it positioned properly in the bag.
Verdict: For the price, the quality of the bag is questionable; however, there’s nothing else on the market that comes close in sheer carrying capacity, and I feel that’s what you’re paying for.
UPDATE: So after just a few months of sporadic use, here’s an update. First, the left strap that holds the door up when you open it has come off. Turns out they somehow managed to stitch *around* it when assembling the bag, and it was simply held in place by pressure when leaving the factory. Second, my zipper is starting to have problems as well. Snags and hangs up in several spots when opening. But to its credit, I have been doing bike deliveries down into the 30’s, often across town, and my food ALWAYS gets where it’s going still very warm (in fact, so warm the steam from the food often pops the “quality seal” stickers right off the bags, making it look like I’m tampering with customers’ food. Oops!)
