Customers are mixed about the adjustability of the wheelchair. Some mention it's very adjustable (height, length, width), and has so many adjustments that you can get whatever fit you need. However, others say that it was a little difficult to adjust as the screws are cheap and easy to strip out. They also say that the support squeezes their dog's balls too tight, and the fiberglass arms to the shoulder harness don't stay tight.

Went Together Easy, Seems Sturdy - Testing Time!
It comes most of the way assembled, you just have to slide the front into the two plates on the back and adjust it to the length of your dog. Then just need to adjust the height of the rear section. It's made of metal that's a pretty decent thickness, I don't see my older dog doing any damage to this thing at all.I haven't gotten him in it yet, but I'm hoping that it helps him and he gets used to it, I'll update the review as we get use out of it.--Update--My dog isn't neutered and the support squeezes his balls to tight so I had to send it back. If he was neutered this thing would have been perfect for him!It has so many adjustments that you can get whatever fit you need, it wasn't too hard to get him into it and if he was neutered I'd still have this thing. Wish there was a way to support him better and keep him intact.

5.0 out of 5 stars Best help our 10 year old German Shepherd could get
Reviewed in the United States on March 11, 2023
Went together easy, our German Shepherd has beginning stage Degenerative Myelopathy. There was a learning curve getting him in it, him being 113 pounds of dead weight. Video is his first try. Photo is his second day. We try to let him walk at least 40 min twice a day. My only complaint is the straps that hold the fiberglass arms to the shoulder harness don't stay tight. He seams to get along much better walking farther each time in just 5 days
