Simple design, best accuracy and power
I've been using Gearbox racquets since 2010 and this racquet is amazing! The power and accuracy is my absolute favorite, I've used some other racquets with fancy designs where there are holes in the sides of the frame, or the strings run all the way through the bottom of the handle in one piece, but these Gearbox racquets are simply the best. I have one Gearbox racquet that hasn't been restrung since 2012 and it still hits great, I highly recommend against going that long between restringing but that speaks to the durability of the racquet! I got this featherweight racquet to see if I can take it easy on my old shoulder and still have some good power out of the racquet, I'm not disappointed in the slightest! The accuracy is still on point, it's almost telepathic, the racquet seems like it's a cheat code and sends the ball where I want it to go with only minimal input from me, I love it! If I were to recommend a racquet to anyone, beginner or veteran, I would always point them towards a Gearbox racquet, the racquets are simply the best! The grip, when new, is tacky, the performance is top notch, and the price is very reasonable when compared to those racquets with all the fancy design features that don't work for me.

After taking a break from Raquetball, it was time for more updated gear now that I am playing again. The weight was just right, as I have aged, and my swing speed isn't quite what it was before. The "sweet spot" on this racquet is quite large and therefore shots do not have to be so precise every single time. The build quality was top notch, and the grip material has held up to several months of playing 3x a week within signs of wear. I would recommend this to any player over the age of 35, looking for a good all-around racquet.

I haven't played racquetball in over 20 yrs: was just trying to find a racquet quickly. This has wonderful power and excellant feel. I primarily play tennis at a high level. It was nice to be able to tell the difference in the new technology for racquetball rackets.
