It is a great bag to carry everything that you would need at the handgun range including tools, cleaning kit, and more. It has enough storage area for two people to work out of if you pack it wisely. I carry my ammo in the lower handgun compartment. There is ample room for 300-400 rounds(placed wisely) with 3-4 guns. The weight of a lot of ammo in the upper compartment causes the bottom to sag into the lower compartment however the upper storage area is a great place to store a couple of pairs of ear muffs as well as other essentials. A lightweight support would remedy that issue. The zippers are durable, and the pack is overall very functional.
The pack by itself when empty is somewhat heavy which isn’t surprising due to the quality, ruggedness and size.
The heavy duty shoulder straps distribute the weight well.
It was a great buy and comparable to packs that are much more expensive. It was definitely a wise upgrade from my smaller lightweight bag. I would with good conscience recommend this pack to a friend or family member.
