I can't speak to the quality of this bag since I haven't used it yet but I have to say, at first sight, it is quite beautiful. It's well made and the utensils are sturdy. The plates are smaller than what I would like but that's OK for a picnic set.
One thing to note is that the knives are sharp. I washed all the utensils and tried to put them back into the slots behind the glasses and sliced my finger on an adjacent knife when I was placing the final knife into place. Just want to give the PSA to prevent others from doing the same. Could be prevented if you don't place all the knives next to each other and place them last.
I also purchased a small table/cheese board to go with my picnic bag and it fit inside the bag perfectly. I don't think it will fit both the board and a full load of picnic food but the size of the bag allows for convenient storage after use. Also the acrylic wine glass does fit into the groove of the glass holders for this board which I was very happy about.
I may come back and update my review after I use the bag.

The pack is roomy and fit everything I needed it to with ease. The items were kept perfectly cold throughout the duration of the picnic. The dishes are lightweight and pretty. The plastic cups tend to scratch against the flatware, so I had to wrap them in the napkins. Overall, everything was lightweight, functional, and easy to use, not to mention lovely. I had a great picnic using this set.
