I love this stuff but 2 of the 4 bags busted at the bottom causing the salt to get everywhere from my front porch all the way to the bathroom where I attempted to salvage as much as I could - not sure how these bags aren’t more durable if they’re being shipped into retail ?!

    I love the Dr Teal's Epsom salt so much, I use it almost every day and have about 5 different kinds of scents and types on rotation.

    I started getting night-time muscle spasm in my calves and despite an improved diet and supplementation, I couldn't seem to completely eliminate the nighttime Charly horses and muscle tightness.

    My doctor actually recommended I try Epsom Salat Baths to relief the muscle pain. I ordered several brands and completely fell in love with the Dr. Teal's brand, as it delivered the most immediate response. I was shocked with the almost immediate impact. The same night I was down to only one leg cramp and it completely eliminated my night time muscle cramps after a few uses.

    My stress has been at an all time high, so I decided to try Dr Teal's Epsom Magnesium Salt Soak, Relax & Relief with Eucalyptus and Spearmint.

    It honestly feels like being engulfed in a warm hug. It's so soothing and refreshing. Bonus- it also clears out my sinus so I feel like I get the best sleep of my life afterward.

    One thing to note - If you are sensitive to scents this is not for you. Even if you use just a half a cup the entire scent fills that bathroom and lingers on your skin. For me that's an amazing benefit, but wanted to flag for others.

    If I have any issues with the skin on my feet at all or any foot pain, I fill up a 3 gallon tub with the hottest water that will come out of my faucet and then dump a couple of heaping cups of Dr teals into the water.
    I didn't go through the 5-minute process of getting my feet acclimated to the hot water, which I believe is integral in my entire cure all process.
    As soon as I can immerse my feet in the water I immediately start smooshing out the salt on the bottom of the tub and make sure to dig the bottom of my feet into that salt as much as I can.
    Then I keep my feet soaked in this water until the water cools to the point of where it is lukewarm.
    I dumped the water into the sink, dry my feet off, put my socks back on, and my feet are feeling good after that.
    The next day, if I had any athletes foot, it begins to quickly disappear.
    It's no secret that Epsom salts are a natural cure-all that have been around for 330 years.
    If you have any kind of foot issue the first thing you should do is go to the store and buy a bag of Epsom salts in the varying flavors that are available from especially Dr teal.
    More than likely it will do the trick.
