    These were great for me as a single mom as far as price/ coming with the beware stickers and easy to set up but the blinking lights makes it look really fake if the light just stayed red would be better but I'm just going to let the lights flash till the batteries run out and just leave them where they are in my window with the beware stickers just to feel safer at night.

      Cameras look like the real thing. Blinking red light makes it appear the cameras are “live” and recording. Only issue: When removing the inner battery compartment to install the two batteries, be very careful not to let the rubber ring that fits around the fake light rim come off - it is next to impossible to reinstall properly (learned this the hard way).

      For the price, not bad at all. I’ll not use batteries; red light would be very noticeable at night but I’m not concerned about the red light working.

      Only problem I have is that I ordered box of 4 cameras but they only put enough screws in for two cameras. But I’ll use exterior wood screws instead their interior screws which look like they’d rust.

      Also, to open the battery section, unscrew the front section, then tap gently to pop out the clear plastic part with the fake led lights. That’s the only part to take off. Don't pry out the threaded section. That clear part is in place with a plastic gasket so it sticks a little bit - to keep water out.

      These motion-activated lights look like the real thing and have three settings for security.
      I installed four in October '24 at various places around my house. One, though, switched to a different setting by itself, and, at first, kept on working. Now, it has quit working (I have to get up on a ladder to see if the button can cycle through to make it work again). I thought it's solar panel was getting enough sun, but one reason could be is that it is not charging, and there is a bad battery. The other possibility is it isn't holding it's setting. In any case, I have to go up and try to troubleshoot it.

      I can't return it, evidently, as the window for returns expired. Do these have a warranty?
