Upon opening, you’ll notice a GIANT red tape stating that this pillow is made of memory foam. Chunks of it. You’re going to want to massage those chunks so that it fluffs up. Those with sad reviews might have not gotten the giant red tape to make sure you don’t miss that step. Truly, this is great because you don’t sink into the pillow - it supports you.
