    There is a sleeve for my middle finger and 2 straps that cross my hand. These hold the paddles on securely. The first one is easy to get on but with that hand restrained by the paddle, it is slightly difficult to put the 2nd one on.

    They do a good job helping me swim and provide considerable more propulsion than my bare hands.

    Because the paddle straps hold my hands snuggly to the paddle, my fingers get a bit sore. I am limiting their use to 500 yards per day and hope my fingers toughen up.
