Great rolling pet carrier that I use to take my cat to the vet. The adjustable metal handle works well to pull along the carrier on sidewalks or indoors. The carrier is long enough and tall enough for my tall, 15-pound cat. Lots of windows to look out. Six wheels make it steadier than those four-wheel carriers that tip sidewards. Only the front two wheels turn, but that seems fine. It has both handles and a shoulder strap to carry it if you prefer that to rolling. It also has a strap inside to attach to the pet's collar if you're afraid he or she will dash out when you open the end. Inside is a soft, washable bed.
The base for the wheels is held on to the rest of the carrier by velcro tabs. The base with wheels can be taken off for airplane trips so the carrier will fit under the seat in front of you (check the dimension of your airline's plane seats). It's easy to take the base off, but I imagine it would be awkward on a plane with a pet inside, since you have to turn the carrier upside down.
The top of the carrier doesn't open, only the ends. The zippers on the doors are lockable but the locks are almost impossible to squeeze enough to open them again. I would use a wire bread tie to attach the two zippers instead, so that the clever cat or dog can't manage to unzip from inside. Small zippered pockets are only large enough for a tiny bag of treats or tiny roll of dog pooh picker-uppers. There is one larger net pocket at the end, which doesn't have a zipper to close it.
I did a lot of research and this seems to be the best around for a cat or probably the best for a small dog. It comes with a nice aqua bag for storage. I'm very pleased I bought it.

Great product! But it is about 8 inches taller than the jet blue guidelines. It is very soft and does squish down if needed. My pup is happy and it is amazingly easy to un Velcro, the bag off the wheels. We are looking forward to our trip! Oreo is a 27 pound lab mix! Fits perfectly! (She better stop growing!)

This carrier is a good size for our 20 pound French bulldog. Good air circulation with mesh sides. Comes with detachable wheels which snap on and off which I found was a hassle and the weight of the dog showed a weakness in the design. The frame of the bag is loose and soft. This made our pup uncomfortable, the other downside was no too larger zipper opening. Not good for airport time as the side opening is the exit door for our pup and too difficult to keep her in the bag. So a big functional negative. Has shoulder strap and handles with some good pockets for supplies. Would have liked it better w that top zipper. Folds away and cleans easily.

This carrier was the largest we could find for our Allegiant flight for our two dogs (17lbs cockapoo and 20lbs beagle mix) . Technically it's taller than Allegiant allows, but it squishes, and as you can see it actually fits well under the middle seat. It had to be squished substantially more for either the aisle or window seats.
The only downside of this carrier is that it's quite flimsy. A zipper broke on one carrier, and a seam split on the other. So it worked for one trip, but not something I'd expect to use regularly and hold up.
