Relatively easy to set up. The outdoor sensor worked well. It has its own display with temp/humidity and transmits that to the base station. The unit comes with a power cord, and it can take batteries (not included). We decided to use the charger all the time. That way the display stays lit up. If you only use battery you have to touch the top to light up the display and it turns off again after 10 seconds.
The temperature and humidity measurements were accurate. I compared them to other units that I have. The unit measures both the temp and humidity outdoors through the sensor and from the base station the indoor temperature and humidity.
It can keep itself synced to atomic time via a radio signal. Depending on your locality it may or may not have trouble picking up that signal.
Finally it has a "forecast" feature. But that appears to be based on measuring air pressure changes. Not sure how accurate that would be.
Overall I like the unit. It has a big bright color display that you can clearly see across the room. Its easy to set up. And the temp and humidity measurements are accurate, as compared to other devices I have.
