Sounds crazy but if you do Water aerobics and use a these belts a couple of things come into play. First, they need to be tight, or they ride up. If your right-handed, good for you, but if your left-handed...sad. I have never seen a belt you could tighten with that strong left hand. (unless you turn it upside down-not the best fit) This one goes left or right. Wow! Thank you so much. Did the maker even realize that? So, you can adjust and tighten for both sides. Yea. Personally, I do not care for the belts that get really wide at the back. For me they are cumbersome. Personal preference. Love this belt, just the right consistent width. Priced just right for my pocketbook. Works great in the water. Dries quickly and ready to go the next day. Two thumbs up. More it I had them, just for the left/right aspect. Oh! and they are nice looking.
