You can customize just about every aspect of this app. You can create habits with personalized names, and you can improve the recognizability of that habit with unique colors and icons. The software also keeps track of various statistics so you can see how well you do at maintaining your habits. It will provide motivation by allowing you to see chains of habits that you have completed every day for a certain number of days in a row. The app promotes keeping long chains since it will eventually turn into a permanent habit. The app provides you with notifications that show you habits scheduled to be completed for the day, and it will show you a summary of which habits are to be completed by what times. The software has a premium version that you can unlock for various subscription purchases at different lengths of time ranging from one month to one year. With the Premium version, you can create unlimited habits, utilize a passcode to keep your habit list from being seen by others, take advantage of better habit reminders, and see stats for each individual habit. Habit trends are also broken down into a week-by-week basis for better analyzation. You can use the Premium version during a free trial to test it out, but you must cancel the subscription before the trial is over or your account will automatically be upgraded to a Premium paid plan. You can cancel your subscription through the account settings menu of the platform used to subscribe to the software, whether it be Android or iOS. There aren't many other ways that are as effective as this app at creating new habits and breaking bad ones. By reminding yourself directly to perform these habits that you know you need to perform every day, you can greatly improve yourself. The app will require access to your mobile platform's notification system if you want to experience the full power it can offer. This will allow it to tell you exactly when habits should be completed and give you a warning that a habit must be completed before a certain time.
