Overall Opinion: We have been users of Alldata for 3 years. This week the system crashed unexpectedly. We understand that problems happen but in this case Alldata has been MIA with no insight as to when we will be back online. We have been without shop software for 2 days and the Alldata support is not answering phones or emails. Apparently they have no redundancy or no disaster recovery plan in place which is unacceptable for any SaaS company. If you need daily access to your software to run your shop don't gamble on this supplier.

Pros: They offer a web app which makes the software available through any browser.

Cons: No disaster recovery plan in place, support not able to step up when crash occurs.

Greg Howat is using ALLDATA almost every day since at least a year or more.
