Overall Opinion: Very disappointed in this website. Way too many online complaints that are not addressed or fixed. The owners need to be more responsible and address the issues posted by customers. No wonder people are moving to their competition.

Pros: Price is reasonable for the sites that do work..which is not saying much. I'm impressed how long they have been online and still operating their website.

Cons: Extremely poor customer service and support. One must log in several times during the same session. Refuses to tell you when they plan on fixing issues. If you complain on their blog, they will ban you (very immature more on their part obviously). Does not comment on support issues posted on facebook. Major sites down way, way too often.

George is using Alldebrid almost every day since at least a year or more.
