Overall Opinion: I've been using Cold Turkey for a few years and it is fantastic. The great thing about it is - unlike all the alternatives listed here - it is not browser based. It is installed and works on all your browsers (except Waterfox, for the moment). A browser-based alternative, like all the alternatives listed here, is just too easy to get around. Simply close the browser it works on and open a different one that it doesn't work on. Cold Turkey also does a number of great things besides just limiting access to the internet, which really adds a ton of value to the product. Any way, that's just my two cents.
