Overall Opinion: Getting worse with every update. NO TIMELY OR REAL TIME CUSTOMER SUPPORT. I have used this program since about 1999 and use to get great support by phoning in and solving my issues as they came up. Now no phone option at all, takes days or more to get answers to submitted help requests and the program keeps crashing.

Pros: My publisher uses it.

Cons: EVERYTHING IS A MESS!!!! NO SUPPORT!!!!

D Elson is using Finale almost every day since at least a year or more.
