Overall Opinion: After 50 sales I was removed for selling what everyone else is selling, Just type in Coin Collection .I was removed for selling Authentic America Coins also some Silver Coins at least I think that is why , when I tried to contact them they sent a form letter claim policy violation but no explanation STILL WAITING for the reason. Also I called Mercari no response no call back ,maybe I got Hacked but no response horrible customer service THUMB'S DOWN on this site. I will never know if I got Hacked . Customer Service never responded

Overall Opinion: Was an excellent platform to sell. But they don't care about the sellers. Try cashing out your earnings. If anything goes wrong with the transaction they will do nothing to get your money to you. Was not always like this. They take 15%, then 3% processing fee, and a cash out fee. If your cash out gets screwed up, they will not assists. Your out your money.

Pros: Ok for cheap items that won't break you if you loose money

Cons: No seller support. If your funds are not transfered because of any reason, your out your money. They take too much in fees etc. They push their shipping. No protection if you ship on your own.

Mike is using Mercari almost every day since at least a year or more.
