Very much upset on frequent reconnecting to oracle DB from SQL developer

Overall Opinion: FRom my experience it is really annoying the SQL developer hangs after few minute of inactivity. Later it will show reconnect pop after some time. In some cases it will hang for a long time and only solution would be FORCE quit. SQL developer version - Version 19.2.1.247 OS- MAC OS

Pros: Easy to manage the DB entities. SQL history is a cool feature.

Cons: Reconnecting the DB which might sometimes run in to a situation where SQL developer hangs and only solution would be FORCE QUIT. This results in loss of work.

NIDISH KRISHNAN is using Oracle SQL Developer almost every day since at least a year or more.
