Overall Opinion: This program used to be good. Now I cannot sent anything. I have updated it, uninstalled and reinstalled and the same thing. It almost always freezes. If it does accepts the file one one computer it will say the key on the other computer is invalid. No matter how many times you enter the key it will not accept it. On occasion (very rarely) the key works but it freezes on download or file can't be opened. The file size is less than 1MB. I have tried from Mac to Windows. Windows to Mac. Mac to Mac. Windows to Windows but they are all the same.

Pros: Absolutely nothing good I can say about this program and I have used it for years. Used to be great. Now it's junk.
